We’re hiring a Contract Operations Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone confident, organized, and who just gets it. This role is all about helping us tighten up our internal processes, especially when it comes to hiring.

*Please note that this is not a full-time position.

Your role would include:

  • Design and implement workflows and processes that improve efficiency across the agency

  • Lead the hiring process for key roles, including:

    • Writing job postings

    • Sourcing candidates

    • Designing interview processes

    • Conducting candidate interviews

    • Setting up new hire onboarding documents

  • Support with onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration

  • Identify operational gaps and bring forward resourceful solutions

We’re looking for someone with experience interviewing others and a strong sense of what makes a candidate a great fit.
